Spelt
Spelt is a herbaceous plant of the grass family. It has
very ancient origins and is undoubtedly the most
suitable cereal grains for its versatility, ease of cooking,
taste and nutritional characteristics.
Chickpeas
Chickpeas are the seeds of a plant whose seed is
used only when dry. The seeds are spherical, more or
less large, smooth, color paglierino.Si eat boiled or
roasted and salted as a snack or appetizer.
With chickpea flour and cakes are prepared.
Fennel
The fennel is a perennial herbaceous plant which
uses the leaves and fruits. Fennel has a sweet and
spicy, perfect for dressing salads, fish and meat and
for the preparation of sausages as capocollo and
finocchiona.
